Parks

Central Coast have a number of parks and reserves in Ulverstone and Penguin which are available for visitors and residents for recreational purposes and leisure activities.   Reservations are not taken, use of these areas are on a "first in, first served" basis.

Consumption of alcohol is only permitted in any park or reserve in Central Coast if you have obtained a Liquor Permit from the Council.  These can be obtained by phoning the Customer Services Officer or by calling in to the Administration Centre, King Edward Street, Ulverstone.  There is no cost for this permit.

Ulverstone Parks:

Shropshire Park, Bicentennial Park, Anzac Park, Fairway Park, Tobruk Park, Lions Park, Legion Park

Penguin Parks:

Hiscutt Park, Lions Park

Country Parks

Leven Canyon, Pioneer Park at Riana, Gunns Plains
